Warranty / Returns


Craftsmanship is guaranteed. Products found to be defective will be repaired or replaced free of charge. This warranty applies to product materials and construction under responsible use. Exposure to any harsh chemicals like salt, chlorine or conditioners that result in corrosion, discoloration or a breakdown of integrity of material, or damage caused by dog chewing, pool water exposure, road rash, etc., is considered abuse and will void the warranty. Warranty applies to leather items only.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Shipping costs and credit card/PayPal fees are non-refundable.


Personalized items are not accepted for returns.  

In some cases, items just don't work out that's why you have 14 days after delivery of your item(s) to send your non-personalized, unused and same condition products back. It must also be in original packaging. Once we have received your item(s) we will inspect them for signs of use and/or wear.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping.  Shipping costs and credit card/PayPal fees are non-refundable.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) including but not limited to, any item not in its original condition, any item that shows signs of use and/or wear, and/or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable amount of days.

Additional Notes

Exact color cannot be guaranteed. Products are represented through images and descriptions as accurately as possible. As leather is a natural material and all products are handmade, please expect small variations from piece to piece, and even inch to inch.   

We cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged orders after they have been shipped, or during return shipping.

We cannot be held responsible for international orders once they have left customs in the USA.  Please email before ordering if you have any special shipping requests.
